This is my grandmother's recipe, she used to make when i was child. Ridge gourd is full of fibers and it is good for diabetic people. I have used peels of ridge gourd, gram lentil, fried gram flour, hung curd, khas-khas and cashew paste.

  • 0.33 teaspoon ginger grated
  • As required Salt
  • As required For the ridge gourd hung curd kebab
  • 0.33 tablespoon khas khas and cashew paste
  • 0.67 tablespoon hung curd
  • 0.33 tablespoon pomegranate seeds powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1.33 No.s deseeded green chilli chopped
  • 0.17 teaspoon red chilli powder or to the taste
  • 0.67 tablespoon fried gram flour
  • As required coriander leaves chopped
  • As required mint leaves chopped
  • 0.17 teaspoon chaat masala powder
  • 0.08 cup fried onions or normal chopped onions
  • 0.17 cup bread crumbs or as per requirement
  • 0.33 egg cracked
  • As required oil for shallow frying
