This is my grandmother's recipe, she used to make when i was child. Ridge gourd is full of fibers and it is good for diabetic people. I have used peels of ridge gourd, gram lentil, fried gram flour, hung curd, khas-khas and cashew paste.
Ingredients for Ridge gourd peels dahi kabab Recipe
As required For the ridgegourd paste
0.33 kilogram ridge gourd
0.33 fist gram lentil soaked in water
0.33 cup Water
0.33 teaspoon garlic crushed
0.33 teaspoon ginger grated
As required Salt
As required For the ridge gourd hung curd kebab
0.33 tablespoon khas khas and cashew paste
0.67 tablespoon hung curd
0.33 tablespoon pomegranate seeds powder
0.17 teaspoon cumin powder
0.33 teaspoon garam masala powder
1.33 No.s deseeded green chilli chopped
0.17 teaspoon red chilli powder or to the taste
0.67 tablespoon fried gram flour
As required coriander leaves chopped
As required mint leaves chopped
0.17 teaspoon chaat masala powder
0.08 cup fried onions or normal chopped onions
0.17 cup bread crumbs or as per requirement
0.33 egg cracked
As required oil for shallow frying
