When we cook, there will be something which is left over. I am strictly against wasting food. I always try my best to use left over food as it is or by giving makeover to it.
Here are yummy & healthy Rikki's, which are made from leftover rice.
STEP 2.2. Now make tikkis out of it & shallow fry it from both side, till it become crispy.
STEP 3.3. Sprinkle chat masala & serve hot with chutney, ketchup or tea- coffee.
