Ingredients for Rice tikki Recipe

  • 20 g Rice
  • 10 g Twenty grams of paneer
  • 1/2 Tsp A teaspoon of green peas
  • 1/2 Tsp A spoonful of carrots
  • 1/2 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/2 Pieces One onion
  • 1 Pieces Two green chilies
  • 0.13 Inches A quarter inch piece of ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp A quarter inch piece of ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp A teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/2 Tbsp teaspoon of coriander
  • 1/4 Tsp Tablespoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Half a teaspoon of hot spices
  • 1/4 Tsp Half a teaspoon of amchoor
  • 3 Pieces Half a teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Six toasts
  • As Required Two tablespoons coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • To Taste Two tablespoons of roasted peanuts

Directions: Rice Tikki Recipe

  • STEP 1.First boil rice. Let it settle. Grind four toast.
  • STEP 2.Also grind the peanuts. Take Peas and carrots (into small pieces) and boil them. Now take the rice in a big bowl and add all the spices, grind the peanuts and toast and mix well. Stir in the flour and put oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry. Serve hot.
