  • 0.67 Cup Minute Rice
  • 0.17 Cup Milk
  • 0.17 Cup sugar
  • 0.33 Tbsp butter
  • 0.17 Tsp salt
  • 0.17 Tsp vanilla
  • 0.08 Teaspoons Nutmeg
  • As Required Cinnamon
  • 0.17 Cup raisins

Directions: Rice Pudding Recipe

  • STEP 1.First step : Combine Minute Rice, milk & raisins, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla & nutmeg in a buttered 1 quart baking dish.
  • STEP 2.Second step : Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 h, stirring after 15 mins & again when pudding is done.
  • STEP 3.Third step : Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • STEP 4.Finally step : Serve warm or chilled. Pudding thickens as it stands.
