STEP 1.Fristly wash the rice and dry out the water.

STEP 3.Now heat milk into heavy bottom pan.
STEP 4.Add grind rice and cook upon on low flame.
STEP 5.Cook until rice becomes soft.
STEP 6.After cooked the rice add sugar and cook for more 5 minutes.
STEP 7.Further add chopped nuts and cardamom powder. Mix it and turn off the gas.
STEP 8.Ready phirni serve chilled and garnishing with chopped pistachios before serving and enjoy!
