  • 2 teaspoon Hoisin sauce, optional
  • 1 Medium sweet red pepper, julienned
  • 1 Medium cucumber, seeded and julienned
  • 1 Medium carrot, julienned
  • 12 Rice papers or spring roll wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Dry roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves, optional
