Ingredients for Rice pakora Recipe

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chilli chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoons Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 Tsp Carrot chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup Besan gram flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required Oil

Directions: Rice Pakora Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take cooked rice in a bowl. Add all the ingredients except oil and water.
  • STEP 2.Mix well and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, as vegetables will leave its water.
  • STEP 3.Then add little water at a time and make thick lump free batter.
  • STEP 4.Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat for deep frying.
  • STEP 5.Once hot add spoonful of batter using your hand or two spoons. Fry few pakora at a time.
  • STEP 6.After few minutes, flip them or move them around to get even cooking and browning.
  • STEP 7.Once they get golden brown and crispy from all sides, remove it to a paper towel lined plate using slotted spatula.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot
