  • As required Rice chana and moong dal hara dhania pudina olive oil and some spieces.

Directions: Rice Moong Dal Chana Dal Palak Dhania Pudina Patties Withmint Chutney. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make a paste of rice soaked dal hara dhania pudina carrot.
  • STEP 2.Now make a paste in grinder.now u add1 onion 2 green chillies finally chopped,3 tbsp of besan don't add maida.salt to taste.
  • STEP 3.1/2 teaspoon of jeera powder,1/2 teaspoon of red chillipowder, pinch of hing and haldi
  • STEP 4.Combine all the above meantioned ingrediants in large mixing bowl and mash them with help of your hands.
  • STEP 5.Now make a shape of patties circle which shape u like .
  • STEP 6.Now take a fry pan or a tawa to made patties till they attain golden crisp in colour in the exterior.serve them hot wit mint chutney and tea.
