Ingredients for Rice kheer Recipe

  • 0.03 cup Rice
  • 0.33 cups Milk
  • 1/20 cup Sugar
  • 0.07 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 0.13 tbsp Drynuts

Directions: Rice Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a heavy bottom pan, put milk in it, switch on the flame, wait for a boil on high flame.Now reduce milk till 3/4 on low flame.
  • STEP 2.Add soaked rice in it , cook till soft and mushy.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar, crushed dry nuts and cardamom powder, cook for another 8 to 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Switch off the flame.cool , keep in refrigerator, serve chilled.
