  • 0.13 Cup Rice
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 0.06 Cup Chopped dry fruits cashew almonds pistachio
  • 1/4 Tsp teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 Tsp teaspoon raisins

Directions: Rice Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash rice with water & soak in water for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat a deep pan. Add milk & rice.Add 1 cup water.
  • STEP 3.Cook till rice soft.
  • STEP 4.Add sugar & cook sugar melts.
  • STEP 5.Add dry fruits & cardamom powder.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot & cool rice kheer.
