STEP 1.Take a bowl to that soaked urad Dal and rice over night.
STEP 2.Then in the morning drain out the water and grind both in a mixer and make a smooth batter of it.
STEP 3.Then keep it 5 hours for fermentation. Then add 1 sachet of eno to get soft idlis followed by little amount of water. Then take a steamer.
STEP 4.Greese it with oil or butter. Then pour Idli batter to it and steamed it for 20 minutes. Here your Idli is ready. Serve it with sambhar or coconut chutney.
