Ingredients for RICE FLOUR PITHA Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Rice Flour -
  • 0.33 cup warm water -
  • As required salt - to taste
  • 0.17 cup Chana dal -
  • As required Cumin seeds - a pinch
  • 0.33 nos Chopped green chilly -
  • 0.17 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves -
  • 0.17 inch Ginger - stick

Directions: Rice Flour Pitha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak chana dal for 4 -5 hours .
  • STEP 2.Then drain chana dal add ginger and green chilly.
  • STEP 3.No need to add water .
  • STEP 4.While grinding, smooth paste is ready .
  • STEP 5.Mix finely chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds and salt .
  • STEP 6.Now stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 7.Take rice flour,mix salt and make a smooth dough with the help of warm water
  • STEP 8.. Divide the dough into 12 equal size balls.
  • STEP 9.On your palm, with the help of your fingers expand the pieces 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • STEP 10.Now add 1 - 2 tbsp of dal filling on it,wrap up the dough pieces and close from all sides.
  • STEP 11.Steam for 10 to 15 mins.
  • STEP 12.Once cooled cut into pieces.
  • STEP 13.Enjoy with coriander chutney.
