This is the south indian recipe called kadbu/kolukattai. A traditional dish served in karnataka and tamilnadu with few variation. This is my grand mother’s recipe. Very easy and healthy dish to start the day.
1/2 teaspoon For seasoning : Oil, 1/4 tsp mustard seed, 5 6 Curry leaves, 1 2 Red chilies
