Ingredients for Revuelto Gramajo Recipe

  • 2 No.s Yukon potatoes
  • 4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 No.s yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 No.s garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup smoked country ham, chopped
  • 0.33 cup green peas, cooked
  • 5 No.s eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • As required Salt and pepper

Directions: Revuelto Gramajo Recipe

  • STEP 1.peel and slice the potatoes lengthwise and dip them in water for 5 minutes. Heat oil in dutch oven and fry your potatoes for 20 minutes .
  • STEP 2.Heat 2 tsp oil in a skillet and saute minced garlic and chopped onion in it until the onions become translucent.
  • STEP 3.Add ham and peas to it and season with some salt and pepper. Now add in the beaten eggs and fried potatoes to the skillet and give it a nice stir.
  • STEP 4.Cook it for a minute . Garnish it with green onions are it is ready to serve.
