Crispy potatoes, eggs, and ham, the inevitable ingredients of the revuelto Gramajo or the Gramajo scramble. This egg and potato dish is a classic of Argentine cuisine.
STEP 1.peel and slice the potatoes lengthwise and dip them in water for 5 minutes. Heat oil in dutch oven and fry your potatoes for 20 minutes .
STEP 2.Heat 2 tsp oil in a skillet and saute minced garlic and chopped onion in it until the onions become translucent.
STEP 3.Add ham and peas to it and season with some salt and pepper. Now add in the beaten eggs and fried potatoes to the skillet and give it a nice stir.
STEP 4.Cook it for a minute . Garnish it with green onions are it is ready to serve.
