1.33-1.67 Tsp Butter
0.67 Tsp Oil
0.33 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
0.33 Cups Paneer cubes
0.67 Pieces Bay leaves
0.67 Pieces Big cardamom
0.67 Pieces Small cardamom
0.67-1 Pieces cloves
1.33-1.67 Pieces Black pepper
0.33 Pieces Cinnamon sticks
0.33 Tsp ginger garlic paste
0.67 Pieces Big onion chopped
1.33 Pieces Tomato chopped
0.67-1 Pieces Green chilies
2.67-3.33 Pieces Cashew nut
0.33 Tsp Turmeric powder
0.33 Tsp Coriander powder

Directions: Restaurant Style Paneer Masala Recipe
STEP 1.First of all take a wok and heat the butter, oil... Put paneer cubes add red chilli powder and salt stir fry until light golden.. And take out the dish.
STEP 2.Now same pan heat butter and oil add bay leaves, big cardamom, small cardamom, clove, blackpepper,cinnamon and stir a few minutes, add ginger garlic paste mix well stir few seconds....
STEP 3.Now add chopped green chilies, onion and tomatoes saute for few minutes, add cashew nut stir mix well and puree the mixture.. (leave bay leaves)
STEP 4.Now heat a another pan add butter and oil.. Once butter starts flutter, add the pureed mixture in pan mix it, let it simmer
STEP 5.Now add coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder mix well
STEP 6.Keep stirring, let the gravy simmer and add kasoori maithi mix it
Now add fried paneer cubes to the simmering gravy and stir it
STEP 7.And Now add milk and mix thoroughly
STEP 8.Let it come to simmer and then add cream and along with cardamom powder mix it well
STEP 9.Now serve hot and garnish with some coriander leaves...
