Ingredients for Restaurant style paneer kofta Recipe
3/4 Paste of medium size onions
1/2 Puree of big or 3 med size blanched tomatoes
As required Ggc paste half spoon
1/4 teaspoon Jeera
1/2 tablespoon oil and butter each
1/4 kasoori methi spoon
2-2.50 kaju soaked in hot water and make paste of it
1/2 teaspoon red chilli pwd
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon kitchen king masala

1/2 potatoes boiled and mashed
25 gram Paneer
1/2 green chillies finely chopped
As required coriander leaves few
