Restaurant style maida punugulu/maida bonda (mysore bonda) Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

These are actual restaurant style mysore bondas that are available in almost all the popular restaurants of karnataka state. These are different from ulundu bondas of chennai or punugulu of andhra which are both made of urad dal and not maida. Crispy outer with a soft inside, this is what a maida bonda or mysore bonda is and they go perfectly well with coconut chutney alongside. Happy frying folks !!!!!!!!!!!.
