Egg fried is one of those really easy and simple recipes that requires a couple of ingredients and just a few minutes . This recipe is similar to that of veg fried rice. Using star anise, mace and garlic add great flavours to the rice that we often find in restaurant style rice . You can even use just vinegar in place of soy sauce . You can even add chilli or tomato sauce as desired . One very important thing to keep in mind is that the rice should be 'al dente' . The rice should be firm and not mushy . This is the important criteria for any fried rice recipe.
