  • 62.50 gram Ground Pork
  • 1/4 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Carrot, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
  • 3/4 cloves Cloves Of Garlic, Minced
  • 0.13 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 Egg
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • As required Salt And Pepper To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean the squid by removing the head, tentacles, and ink sac. Rinse thoroughly and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together ground pork, onions, carrots, bell peppers, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, and seasonings.
  • STEP 3.Stuff the squid with the pork mixture, making sure to fill it completely. Secure the opening with toothpicks.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and fry the stuffed squid until golden brown on all sides.
  • STEP 5.Transfer the squid to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Remove the toothpicks and slice the stuffed squid into rings before serving.
