  • 0.17 cup Curd
  • 0.08 cup condensed milk
  • 0.08 cup native ghee
  • 0.22 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.33 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.08 tsp baking soda
  • 0.33 tsp pineapple essence
  • 0.08 cup Milk
  • 0.08 cup Beetroot paste
  • 0.33 tsp lemon juice.
  • As required 👉 Ingredients Required for Cake Decorating:-
  • 1.33 cup Mango paste (Cut one mango in a mixer grinder add of sugar and grind to make a paste)
  • 0.22 cup chopped dryfruits (Cashews nuts
  • As required almonds
  • As required and tutti -futti.)
  • 3 nos to heart Shaped beetroot
  • 0.67 nos (Sugar) will boil in water for minutes)
  • 3 nos to design heart Shaped mango.

Directions: Red Velvet Mango Cake With Dryfruits Recipe

  • STEP 1.✍️__First of all, by adding condensed milk,curd and ghee to the bhagoni, mix it well. Then add powdered sugar and mix it well.
  • STEP 2.✍️__Now put flour and baking powder in the sieve and sieve it and will mix. Then we will mux by adding beetroot paste. If by we find the goo thick, then add milk and mix, so that the go become medium.
  • STEP 3.✍️__Now we cover the bati cooker on the gas and keep it to heat in full gas. Now we will mix by adding vanilla essence and pineapple essence to the cake dough.
  • STEP 4.✍️__Now we will add baking soda to the cake dough, pouring lemon juice over it and mix it with light hands cake dough is ready.
  • STEP 5.✍️__Put the Prepared cake dough in the cake mould, and cover it in a baati cooker on low gas and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • STEP 6.✍️_While the cake is baking from then on we will boil the heart shaped beetroot in Sugar water for 2 minutes and cut and prepare mango paste and dryfruits.
  • STEP 7.✍️__After the cake is cooked, let it cool for 10 minutes. Then we will pour sugar water with beetroot all around the top of the cake.
