Ingredients for Red sauce pasta Recipe

  • 1 cups Spiral pasta
  • 2.50 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2.50 Pieces Cloves garlic
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup Chopped capsicum
  • handful Corn Kernels
  • 1/2 cup Carrots diced
  • 2 Tbsp pasta sauce

Directions: Red Sauce Pasta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take 5- 6 cups of water and add 1 tsp salt.
  • STEP 2.When water comes to a boil, add pasta.
  • STEP 3.I have used spiral pasta, you can use any pasta of your choice.
  • STEP 4.Boil as per instructions on the packet or till al dente.
  • STEP 5.Drain off the pasta and keep the water aside.
  • STEP 6.One by one blanch broccoli, carrots and corn kernels.
  • STEP 7.Now take olive oil in a pan add chopped or grated garlic. Let it sauté. Add chopped onion cubes and sauté till slightly translucent
  • STEP 8.Add blanched vegetables and capsicum stir them. Now add boiled pasta and pasta sauce.
  • STEP 9.Stir nicely to mix well.
  • STEP 10.Add some grated cheese if you wish and enjoy red sauce pasta.
