STEP 1.Take 5- 6 cups of water and add 1 tsp salt.
STEP 2.When water comes to a boil, add pasta.
STEP 3.I have used spiral pasta, you can use any pasta of your choice.
STEP 4.Boil as per instructions on the packet or till al dente.
STEP 5.Drain off the pasta and keep the water aside.
STEP 6.One by one blanch broccoli, carrots and corn kernels.
STEP 7.Now take olive oil in a pan add chopped or grated garlic. Let it sauté. Add chopped onion cubes and sauté till slightly translucent
STEP 8.Add blanched vegetables and capsicum stir them. Now add boiled pasta and pasta sauce.
STEP 9.Stir nicely to mix well.
STEP 10.Add some grated cheese if you wish and enjoy red sauce pasta.
