Ingredients for Red Oil Wontons Recipe

  • 300 gram minced pork
  • 300 gram wonton skin
  • 100 gram spring onions
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • As required Marinade
  • 4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 No.s egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • As required Red oil ingredients
  • 3 tablespoon zhejiang vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon chilli oil
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon red chilli oil

Directions: Red Oil Wontons Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add chilli oil too. Mix well and set aside.

  • STEP 1.Mince ginger and coriander. In a beef in a bowl add salt and ground pepper. Mix well. Now add soy sauce, beaten egg and sesame oil and mix well

step 3

  • STEP 2.Place this filling in the middle of the wrapper and fold both corners and pinch together.

step 4

  • STEP 3.When wontons are prepared, in a pot full of boiled water add the wontons. Gently stir and prevent sticking.

step 5

  • STEP 4.Once boiled remove the wontons and serve in a bowl. Now add red oil sauce and serve immediately.
