A very spicy chutney made in Kerala to have with boiled Tapioca which is the staple food there. A lipsmacking dip with the aroma of coconut oil. Recipe: Soak few red chillies in water for 30 minutes. Then add tamarind, salt and few garlic pearls. Grind to coarse paste. Add two table spoons of coconut oil to it and mix well. Ready to serve.
