STEP 1.First of all brush some oil on red bell peppers and roast them. Next marinate the chicken with curd, 1tsp salt, 1/2tsp Turmeric powder, 1/2tsp red chilli powder and crushed black pepper. Keep marinated for 30min.
STEP 2.When bell peppers are done, peel the skin and deseed it. Make a fine paste.
STEP 3.Now for cooking heat a pan and add oil. When oil is hot, add chopped onion, garlic paste and ginger paste. Saute for couple of minutes. Next add the marinated chicken and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
STEP 4.Then add the red bell pepper paste, tomato paste, red chilli paste and coriander powder. Give it a nice stir and cook for 15 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
STEP 5.When oil comes out from the massala add 1/2cup of water and cover it. Cook for another 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, open the lid, high the flame and give a nice stir to chicken and turn off the flame. Garnish with some fresh chopped red bell pepper and serve hot.
