  • 1/4 piece Ne fresh root ginger peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 Scallions roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1/4 tablespoon White miso
  • 1/4 tablespoon Red miso
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tahini
  • 1.88 cup Store bought or homemade chicken stock
  • As required Sea salt
  • 1/2 Baby bok choy or pak choy trimmed and leaves separated
  • 3.50 ounce Fresh ramen noodles or four packages dried ramen noodles
  • 1 Radishes trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Fresh red chile pepper such as serrano, seeded and thinly sliced
  • As required Handful thai basil or purple shiso
  • pinch Pinch japanese pepper
