  • 3/4 Scallions very finely chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Short grain white rice
  • 1.25 ounce Carrots cut into very thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler
  • 0.17 pound Zucchini quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced
