Rechead masala prawns, the name itself, conjures up an image of spice and sophistication. It being a lazy rainy day i decided to cook prawns in rechead masala to spice things up a bit. It is quick to make, requires few ingredients and most of the preparation can be done a day earlier and therefore at the time of serving you do not have to cook for a long time. Whenever i make rechead masala i make a bottle of it and keep it in the freezer. This way i need not make the masala every time i am making fish or prawns. Just thaw the amount i need when i need it and keep the rest back for another seafood dish.
