0.67 Cups Ragi flour
1.33 Cups Water
0.33 Cup Rice
1 Cups Water
0.33 Tsp Salt
0.67 Tsp Ghee
Directions: Rayalaseema Special Ragi Mudde๐๐๐๐๐ Recipe
STEP 1.Fst take the rice, clean it & take d rice with water 3 glasses, keep it in stove in pressure cooker in high flame in 4 whistles. Then switch off d flame. Take it cooked rice & mash it well. Keep aside.
STEP 2.Then take a bowl, add ragi flour, water 4 glasses, mix it well without lumps. Then mix it in cooked rice. Finally add salt. Mix it well. Then keep it in stove in low flame, stir it well. It becomes thickness. Finally add ghee, mix it well. Then switch off d flame. Serve it. Enjoy โค๏ธโค๏ธ
