Ingredients for Rayalaseema nippattu or rice crackers ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ Recipe

  • 1 Cups Rice flour
  • 8.33 g Peanuts
  • 5 g roasted chana dal
  • 1.67 Stems Redchillies
  • 0.67 Tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.67 Tbsp Ajwain seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp Salt
  • 0.33 Cups Oil
  • As Required Water
  • As Required Oil

Directions: Rayalaseema Nippattu Or Rice Crackers ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add peanuts, dry roast it. Then switch off d flame. Let's cool it. After, remove d peel, taken in a jar, grind coarsely. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.After, take d jar, add roasted chanadal, grind coarsely. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.After, take d jar, add redchillies, cumin seeds, ajwain seeds, grind it becomes fine powder. Keep aside.
  • STEP 4.After, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add 1 ladle oil. Let's heat it . Then switch off d flame. Keep aside.
  • STEP 5.Then, take a bowl, add rice flour, grinded peanuts, grinded roasted chanadal, salt, heated oil, redchilli powder, cumin powder, ajwain powder, sufficient water, mix it properly. Make a hard dough like chapati. Then, make a balls & make it poori shape. Then, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil,salt 1tsp, add rice crackers, deep fry it both sides, it becomes golden brown color. Then, take it in absorbent paper. Serve it. So tasty ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜.
