Ingredients for RawBanana Manchurian Recipe

  • 1.50 Pieces Raw banana boiled
  • 1 tsp maida
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 g Chopped ginger
  • 0.13 cup Chopped onion
  • 0.13 cup Chopped capsicum
  • 1 g Spring onion greens
  • 0.13 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp Corn flour slurry
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • as required Oil as required to fry

Directions: Rawbanana Manchurian Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the skin and grate raw bananas add salt, pepper powder, chilli paste,maida,corn flour and mix it well. Make small balls (no need to add water)
  • STEP 2.Fry ball till golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil add ginger,garlic, capsicum,onion saute on hing flame add sauces mix it well,then add corn flour slurry cook till thickens adjust consistency
  • STEP 4.Add balls mix it up.
  • STEP 5.Raw banana manchurian balls ready to enjoy.
