STEP 1.Dry roast rava on a low to medium heat until aromatic. Transfer to a bowl. Cool it.
STEP 2.Add ghee to the same pan, mustard and cashews. Fry a bit.
STEP 3.Add onions, ginger and curry leaves and sauté for 2 mins. (If using I didn’t)
STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and let it cook till mushy.
STEP 5.Add water and let it boil.
STEP 6.Now add salt and black pepper as needed
STEP 7.Now add roasted roasted rawa to the boiled water and keep stirring it to avoid lumps.
STEP 8.Rawa will absorb all the water.
STEP 9.Switch off the stove and serve Yummy rawa khichadi.
