  • As required Two cups any rice soaked in watr
  • As required one cup urad dal soaked in watr
  • 1/4 tsp methi seeds in urad dal
  • As required one cup poha soaked in watr
  • As required one cup barik iddly rawa NOT TO BE SOAKED.

Directions: Rawa Iddly From Mumbai Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soaking time for all is 8 hours except rawa.
  • STEP 2.Post soaking grind all except rawa and ferment for 8 hours
  • STEP 3.In the morning mix rawa and one tsp salt
  • STEP 4.Line the idly moulds with oil and steam them for 15 min
  • STEP 5.Serve hot.
