Ingredients for Rawa dosa Recipe
1/2 cup
Chiroti rawa
0.13 cup
Rice flour
0.13 cup
Buttermilk
1/4 tbsp
green chillies..chopped & crushed
1/2 tbsp
curry leaves..chopped
1 tbsp
coriander leaves..chopped
1/4 tsp
Cumin
1/2 tsp
Grated ginger
as required
Salt
as required
hee as required
Directions: Rawa Dosa Recipe
STEP 1.
Mix all the above in a bowl.
STEP 2.
Add water & make thin batter.
STEP 3.
Rest for 15 min.
STEP 4.
Heat a tawa..grease well.
STEP 5.
Splash the batter gently.
STEP 6.
Smear 1 tsp ghee.
STEP 7.
Cook on low-med. flame till crisp.
STEP 8.
Remove & serve hot.
