Ingredients for Raw Mango Squash With Mango Sharbat Recipe
125 gm Raw mango
125 gms Sugar
2.50 gms Black pepper
1.25 gm Chaat masala
2.50 gms Fennel seeds
1.25 gms Black salt
3.75 gms Roasted cumin powder
A Few IceCubes few
5 gms Mint leaves
1/4 Tsp Ginger
1/4 Litre Soda water as needed
Directions: Raw Mango Squash With Mango Sharbat Recipe
STEP 1.Wash peel and chopp mango into pieces. Cook in a 2Cup water. Turn of flame .Allow it to cool.
STEP 2.Now Take sugar in a pan and make chashni adding same quantity of water.
STEP 3.Take boiled mango in a mixie Jar anf churn.Add ginger Roasted Cumin powder Black salt Chaat Masala Mint leaves black pepper and churn again. Pulp is ready.
STEP 4.Now Mix pulp with Sugar chashni and make 1 taari. Allow it to cool. And store for 2-3days in a fridge. Squash is ready.
STEP 5.For Sharbat:- Take a 2tbsp.squash in a glass.and add few ice cubes and Soda water .Sprinkle Roasted cumin powder Black salt and garnish with mint leaves.
Tasty Mango Sharbat is ready to serve .Serve chilled.
