Ingredients for Raw mango rice with ripe mango salsa Recipe
1/2 Pieces raw mango (peeled and chopped)
100 g Boiled Rice (Left over)
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp fresh coconut slices
2 Pieces Cashewnuts
To Taste salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
1/2 tsp Urad Dal
1 tbsp tbsp roasted bengal
As Required For Ganishing Few curry leaves
1 Pieces reen Chilli
1/2 tsp Sugar
To Taste Pinch turmeric
1 tsp Coriander
As Required For Ganishing For salsa
1/2 Pieces Ripe mango
1/2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion leaves
1/2 tbsp coriander choped
1.50 tbsp Bell Peppers (Finely chopped)
To Taste salt as per taste
1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
0.13 tsp Black pepper crushed
Directions: Raw Mango Rice With Ripe Mango Salsa Recipe
STEP 1.Heat ghee and oil in a pan add fennel seeds. Now add urad dal and roasted Bengal gram saute 2-3min. Add curry leaves cashewnuts chopped green chili and coconut slices. Saute Now peel raw Mango and chopped. Add and saute for 2-3min.add turmeric powder mix properly. Now add boiled rice mix well. Turn off flame and add sugar and chopped coriander mix properly. Raw mango rice is ready (Here I Used kaccha pakka aam)to Serve
STEP 2.For Salsa:- Chopped all 3bell peppers and take in a mixing bowl mix chopped spring onion and chopped coriander. Wash and Peel mango into pieces mix with bell peppers. Add salt black pepper crushed and lemon juice. Mago Salsa is ready. Serve chilled.
