Directions: Raw Mango Nuggets Recipe

  • STEP 1.RAW MANGO NUGGETS
  • STEP 2.FOR NUGGETS:
  • STEP 3.Boiled potatoes, grated carrot, coarsely grinded peas, grated Raw mango, green chilli, garlic ginger, coriander leaves paste, salt, garam masala, roasted Besan, bread crumbs,
  • STEP 4.FOR SLURY:
  • STEP 5.Cornflour, maida, salt, water
  • STEP 6.Make cutlets in mango shape dip in slury coat with bread crumbs. Then deep fry till golden n crispy.
  • STEP 7.FOR DIPS:
  • STEP 8.Ripe mango, methi seeds, hing curry leaves, red chilli powder, jaggery, salt.
  • STEP 9.Heat oil in pan add methi seeds, hing, curry leaves, skin peeled mango cook for sometime add jaggery, salt, red chilli powder. Cook till soft when cool squeeze for seed n strain it.
  • STEP 10.Ripe mango dip is ready.
  • STEP 11.Raw mango, green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, black salt, hing, jeera, thick curd. Grind all this to fine paste.
  • STEP 12.Raw mango dip is ready.
  • STEP 13.Curd with salt

  • STEP 15.Cut into thin strips put in ice cold water. Remove
