Ingredients for Raw Mango Masala Candy Recipe

  • 0.83 pieces Raw mango
  • 0.17 tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 0.83 gms Black salt
  • 0.83 gm Chaat masala
  • 0.83 gms White/Black Pepper Powder: Any
  • 0.17 cup Mint leaves
  • 0.17 cup Sugar
  • 0.17 tsp cuminseeds
  • 2 Pieces Kulfi mould
  • 0.83 gms Black pepper

Directions: Raw Mango Masala Candy Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and pressure Raw mango. Make 2-3whistle..Turn off flame. Allow it to cool. Take out Boiled mangoes in a plate.
  • STEP 2.Dry roast fennel seeds black pepper cumin seeds on a Tawa. For2min. Transfer in a mixie jar.And churn. Take out from jar. Mixmint leaves and sugar and 1cup water. Churn again.
  • STEP 3.Mix dry masala black salt chaat masala with roasted masala .
  • STEP 4.Mix all 3 mixture together and add 2 cup chilled water .
  • STEP 5.Now remove skin seeds of raw mango and churn with chilled water Mixture.
  • STEP 6.Fill all kulfi mould and place in a freezer for12 hrs.
  • STEP 7.Tasty delicious Raw mango Masala Candy isready to serve.
