STEP 1.Wash and pressure Raw mango. Make 2-3whistle..Turn off flame. Allow it to cool. Take out Boiled mangoes in a plate.
STEP 2.Dry roast fennel seeds black pepper cumin seeds on a Tawa. For2min. Transfer in a mixie jar.And churn. Take out from jar. Mixmint leaves and sugar and 1cup water. Churn again.
STEP 3.Mix dry masala black salt chaat masala with roasted masala .
STEP 4.Mix all 3 mixture together and add 2 cup chilled water .
STEP 5.Now remove skin seeds of raw mango and churn with chilled water Mixture.
STEP 6.Fill all kulfi mould and place in a freezer for12 hrs.
STEP 7.Tasty delicious Raw mango Masala Candy isready to serve.
