STEP 1.👉wash, peel and grate raw mangoes. Keep it in a bowl with piece of alum and 2 glass of water. Cover and keep aside for 2 hours.
STEP 2.👉after 2 hours keep grated raw mangoes in a strainer and wash them we'll with hands under the running water. From this method all the sourness gone of raw mangoes. Remove from water and keep it in strainer.
STEP 3.👉Boil milk in a kadhai. When it's come to boil reduce heat from high to low . Add washed raw mangoes in milk. Cook on medium flame. Stir continuesly.
STEP 4.👉when the kheer starts thickens and the raw mango gets softened add suger, saffron milk and cardamom powder and mix. Add some chopped almond and pistachios.
STEP 5.👉remove from heat and cool down completely. Keep it in fridge. Serve chilled raw mango kheer garnish with some chopped nuts.
