STEP 1.In a grinder jar add 1 cup raw mango cut into pieces, 1 cup grated coconut, 2 slit green chillies, salt ot atse and ½ cup water for grinding or as required.
STEP 2.Grind to make a smooth chutney mixture.
STEP 3.For the tadka, in a preheated pan add1 tsp oil, ½ tsp mustard, 2 pinches hing, 2 dry red chillies, 1 sprig curry leaves and saute till the mustard seeds crackle.
STEP 4.Spoon green mango chutney into a serving bowl and spoon the tadka over it.
STEP 5.Serve along with idli dosa.
