Ingredients for Raw mango chicken Recipe

  • 125 grams Chicken
  • 1/4 Pieces small raw mango grated
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 pieces Onion chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0.13 tsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Musturd oil
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • as required water
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder

Directions: Raw Mango Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder and 1 tsp grated raw mango and 1 tbsp Mustard Oil for minimum 3 hours.
  • STEP 2.In a pan add oil, add chopped onion and saute, then add ginger garlic paste and remaining grated raw mango and saute for few more seconds.
  • STEP 3.Then add the marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes, then add cumin powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, tomato ketchup and sugar and mix properly.
  • STEP 4.Add half cup water and cover and let the chicken cooked completely, lastly add garam masala powder.
