STEP 1.Clean and chop jackfruit into chunks. Chop potato into chunks too
STEP 2.Heat 2 tbsp oil. Fry the jackfruit and potato chunks till golden brown.
STEP 3.Add in remaining oil add bay leaf anf red chillies.
Add jeera and Crackle. Add in onions chopped garlic cloves and ginger paste.
STEP 4.Add in turmeric powder hing salt and red chilli powder. Add some water and let oil ooze out.
STEP 5.Add the fried jackfruit and potato . Mix well. Add water and cook till desired consistency is reached.
STEP 6.Switch off gas when the jackfruit is tender enough and adjust seasoning. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy with parathas rotis or rice.
