STEP 1.Take 2 cups of idli rice and soak in water for 5 hours. Take urad dal and soak for 5 hours. now grind them one by one to make the batter. Add poha while grinding. Mix all well. and keep for fermenting for 8 hours.
STEP 2.Thick batter is prepared.
STEP 3.Take the idli stand and pour some batter and place the stand in the steamer.
STEP 4.After 15-20 minutes. The idli is ready.
