Ingredients for Rava Idli Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Semolina
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Rai
  • as required water

Directions: Rava Idli Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add curd and whisk well. add semolina and salt mixed with curd. add 1/2 cup water and make a semi-thick batter. cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.After that semolina absorbed the water so add some more water and make a pouring consistency batter. Add baking soda. whisk again and pour the batter into greased idli mould. microwave it for 3 minutes and the idli is ready.
  • STEP 3.Transfer them in a plate and repeat the same process and prepared them all.served with sambhar or chutney.
