STEP 2.Grate carrot, chop finely onion, chillis, and corrionder.
STEP 3.Take semolina, rava in bowl, add curd in it, mix well, add little water, as required.
STEP 4.Cover the bowl and set aside for 10 minites for soaking.
STEP 5.After 10 minites, add mashed potatoes, all spices, grated carrot, chilli and corrionder.
STEP 6.Mix it well. The batter not be loose.
STEP 7.Put oil to hot .
STEP 8.Till then with oily hand, make the wadas as per your choice, and put aside.
STEP 9.When oil become hot, fry the wadas, on medium flame... Not high.
STEP 10.Till it becomes brown and crispy.
STEP 11.It is hard and crisp on top, and soft in.
STEP 12.Fry all wadas. Now rava potato wadas are ready to eat.
STEP 13.Serve hot with any chutany, or tomato sauce or ketch up...
