Ingredients for Rasmalai modak Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Homemade paneer
  • 1/2 cup Mawa
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom crused
  • 1 tsp rasmalai essence
  • 1 tbsp Chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp Dry rose petals
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk

Directions: Rasmalai Modak Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fristly heat pan,add homemade crumble paneer and cook until excess water observing.
  • STEP 2.Now add mawa and cook until released sides.
  • STEP 3.Now add condensed milk, now more cook for 4-5 minutes. Or until mixture releases sides from pan.
  • STEP 4.Now add cardamom, rasmalai essence mix well.
  • STEP 5.Futher ready mixture transfer in plate.
  • STEP 6.Slightly cool down add chopped pistachios and rose petals.
  • STEP 7.Now prepare modak with the help of modak mould.
  • STEP 8.Ready rasmalai modak for bhog and serve.
