Ingredients for Rasila Vegetable Rice Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup soaked sela basmati rice
  • 1.50 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 Pieces Black cardamom
  • 1 Pieces Green cardamoms
  • 2 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/2 Pieces Cinnamon
  • 1 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 3 Pieces Black pepper
  • 1 Pieces Dry Red Chillis
  • 4 Pieces Cashews
  • 3 Pieces Raisins
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced onion
  • 1/4 Cup diced tomatos
  • 1 Tbsp Green peas
  • 1 Tbsp Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp Carrot
  • 1 Tbsp French beans
  • 1 Tbsp Cauliflower
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 g garam masala
  • 1 Tsp Pulav masala
  • 1.50 Tsp Salt
  • 1.75 Cups Water

Directions: Rasila Vegetable Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.First in a pressure cooker take ghee & saute all khada masalas. Then add all vegetables & other spices & saute them well. Then add soaked sela basmati rice along with water & give 2 whistles. After 2 whistles cook it on a slow flame for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Our Rasila Vegetable Rice is ready to serve.
  • STEP 3.Serve it with curd.
