There are lots of varieties of receipes using rice. Everyone makes rice in a different way. I make these type of rice which is full of nutrients. In it I use many vegetables which are very good for health.
STEP 1.First in a pressure cooker take ghee & saute all khada masalas. Then add all vegetables & other spices & saute them well. Then add soaked sela basmati rice along with water & give 2 whistles. After 2 whistles cook it on a slow flame for 5 minutes.
STEP 2.Our Rasila Vegetable Rice is ready to serve.
STEP 3.Serve it with curd.
