Ingredients for Rasberry Jelly with Rabri Recipe

  • 250 gms Milk
  • 50 gms Milkmaid
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Elaichi powder

Directions: Rasberry Jelly With Rabri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Keep milk for boiling .
  • STEP 2.After 1st boil keep the flame on low and let it boil till the milk quantity reduces to half.
  • STEP 3.Now add sugar and boil for few mins.
  • STEP 4.Then add milkmaid anf boil till you get thick rabdi consistency.
  • STEP 5.Put in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
  • STEP 6.Keep in fridge for 3_4 hours and serve chilled.
  • STEP 7.Recipe for Jelly
  • STEP 8.Follow the instructions given on the packet.
