It is amazing how common spices and ingredients like mustard and cumin seeds, coriander-cumin seed powder, ginger-green chilli paste, etc that are found in everybodys kitchen cabinet, can transform potatoes into a delicacy. A very popular accompaniment to puris and khichdis.
