Ingredients for Rasam Recipe

  • 1 cups • tamarind pulp
  • 1.50 nos • nos large tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp • rasam masala
  • 2 nos • nos Curry leaves
  • As required • Salt to taste
  • As required • ½ tsp red chilly powder

Directions: Rasam Recipe

  • STEP 1.•In a kadai, add the tamarind pulp and the chopped tomatoes.
  • STEP 2.•Add 2 glasses of water and boil for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3. Then add the rasam masala and then cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.•Add the curry leaves, red chilly powder and salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • STEP 5.•Garnish with coriander.
