STEP 1.Curdle milk by lemon juice / vinegar and wash under water to get rid off the sourness. Then squeeze excess water and hung for 30 minutes to drain off excess water.
STEP 2.Then knead Chena gently with the help of palms, add powder sugar + sooji + maida and knead nicely. Make round balls, flatten it to give shape of round patties.
STEP 3.On other hand, put milk to boil. Reduce it to half and it thickens, add sugar + cardamom + ghee, stir well and keep aside.
STEP 4.Deep fry Chena patties till golden brown.
STEP 5.Now put the fried patties into thickened milk.
STEP 6.Now simmer thickened milk along with patties for 3-4 minutes, cover it and keep aside.
STEP 7.After 30 minutes, transfer to serving dish and discard cardamom pods.
